Commercial

For the constructed response part of our final, we have to create a commercial that promotes a product. The product I chose was the maybelline mascara. For my commercial I am going to say that I am Hilary Duff since many commercials for beauty products feature celebrities. Throughout I am basically going to say that the maybelline mascara is better than others. Other mascara's are clumpy and gross while the maybelline mascara makes lashes look gorgeous and volumous. The commercial will contain many images of pretty eyes. I am also going to say that it is time to throw fake lashes out the window and go all natural because it is now possible with the maybelline mascara. The closing of my commercial will show a picture of Hilary Duff and I will say "If you want thick full lashes like me...maybelline mascara is your new best friend!"

Major Senioritis- College needs to get here already

Now that I am in my last semester of high school, all i can think about is college. This semester could not be draggging on any more that it is now. At this point I am basically just done with highschool and I want to get out. Each day i come to school i just dont feel like doing anything; all i want to do is go home and sleep. I have major senoritis and im starting to not care anymore. I mean senior year is almost over so what does it matter anyways?
I can't wait to go to college but it will definitely be a huge change. Im so used to having my parents there whenever i need help but in college im going to be on my own. Most teenagers cant wait to break free from their parents but it is definitely going to be hard for me to leave my family behind. Although i have to leave my family, i think college is going to be awesome.
I havent exaclty figured out where i am going to college which is something i should probably figure out, but I can't wait to meet my roommate and just get my college life started. It's weird to think that the 4 years of highschool are already over. They literally flew by. One chapter closed and another one opened. Hopefully I can figure everything out by the time graduation comes and hopefully college will be as great as everyone says it is.
